This seems to be out of date. Daylin Leach is no longer a representative from district 149. He is in the Senate.
You are correct. Our big push was to get the Legislature to act the Summer of 2008. I’ve not gone to the previous posts to clear up the wording. Thanks for your interest. We all still need to push to prevent Gerrymandering. It is what contributes to our disconnectedness [sic] with our government. Guess we need to connect now more than ever, it seems.
